Fenner (India) Ltd has been working closely with Research and Development Departments of Automobile OEMs to develop oil seals for the past 50 years. Fenner has developed nearly every type of seal for automotive applications – crankshaft, valve stem, gearbox, differential, wheel / hub and special seals like PTFE seals and Unitised seals.

Fenner is also the only source for oil seals, both for development and supply, with a large number of vehicle and Tier 1 manufacturers. Oil seals for Tier 1 applications include seals for fuel injection pumps, shock absorbers, front forks, steering gear, axles, brake systems and water pumps, among others.

Fenner can develop the oil seal from a customer drawing or from housing / shaft dimensions, height and operating conditions (click here for Oil Seal Design input data sheet). Fenner has a library of more than 10,000 sizes of oil seals.

Fenner validates oil seals with in-house validation facilities that include environmental, high speed and life tests.
